Lots of the women at 645 were challenged last year when Melinda Reist, a political journalist, came and spoke to us about the toxic culture that we live in. Our eyes were opened to the way the media and others pollute our minds and hearts in ways that we don't even realise.She now has a great blog that is updated regularly and opens our eyes again. There are also practical ways to respond to the media and have a voice in our society.
Melinda will be back at NAC later in the year so keep your ears open for the date.
